National Youth Gathering

Very few of our students spend their summer playing video games on their bums. Many traveled down to New Orleans for the National Youth Gathering; others joined their churches on missions trips to locations far and wide. Even more spent a lot of time at CLHS, leading athletic camps, conditioning themselves, or attending summer school. The theme of the NYG was “In Christ Alone We Stand.” Besides the massive worship services, students participated in various Bible studies, a 5K, and many service activities throughout the city and on their journeys to and from the gathering.
